- ILF SELF-STUDY COURSES: These free, introductory courses for beginners will become available upon the launch of the Community Hub in January 2025.
- BASIC ILF LIVE TRAININGS: Join a small cohort of learners and interact with experts and trainers on „real-world ILF“ in live online modules and exercises. We plan to launch the cohort in March 2025, but you should apply early—limited seats. Registration link and prices will be announced soon.
- ADVANCED ILF LIVE TRAININGS: Do you want to take your ILF practice to the next level? Then these advanced cohorts will be for you. We expect the first one to launch in H2 2025. Registration and prices will be shared in time.
